I disagree with the passage "Hera is considered to be fair/equal whenever she goes into battle” because Hera, the beautiful and powerful wife and sister of Zeus, was often underestimated and considered barbaric and unforgivable when it comes to battle but on the other side, she is compassionate.
Hera just wanted her wife and the father of all the Gods, Zeus to notice her and she just wanted their love to be renewed and by that
Hera did everything that she could to make Zeus love her again, she killed everone who get in her way just to seduce Zeus but it was not enough for Zeus to bite on Hera's way of seducing him, that's why she charged it to her child Ares, the god of war but during the Trojan War, when Diomedes, who later became the King of Argos, fought Hector, a Trojan prince and the greatest fighter of Troy, saw Ares fighting on the Trojans' side, Diomedes called for his soldiers to fall back slowly. Hera, Ares' mother, saw Ares' interference and asked Zeus, Ares' father, for permission to drive Ares away from the battlefield. Hera encouraged Diomedes to attack Ares and he threw his spear at the god. Athena, God of wisdom and Ares' sister, drove the spear into Ares' body, and he bellowed in pain and fled to Mt. Olympus, forcing the Trojans to fall back.
Hera is considered a spoof or cheater because as you all know she is the wife of Zeus who is the Father of all Gods and The King of Gods that's why she had an advantage in the war but Zeus on the other hand doesn't take sides that's why her wife the lord Hera, thinks of a plan to distract Zeus so that she can have an advantage in the war that's why she asks Aphrodite, the Goddess of love, beauty, sex and desire, for the help that she needed to but Hera was afraid to ask because she know that Aphrodite will refuse but then Aphrodite approves and that she will help Hera in any way that he can so, she help Hera by giving Hera a potion or a charm to trick Zeus.
